A: 1 year quality warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship).

worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.

3. Q: What is goods lead time?
A: As the order quantity, our delivery time is 7- 35days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task.

4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the small samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

5 .Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
a. All raw material we used are passed the strength test.
b. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process;
c. Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

6. Q: Can your factory print my logo on the goods?
A: Yes, we can print the customers’ logo on the goods or their packing box.
We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.
