3) Q:How long is the warranty time for your products?
A: We warranty 1 year for all of our products and supply life-time maintenance.
During 1 year warranty period, for small part defective,we will send replacement parts for free of charge to customers,so customers can replace defective parts by new parts by themselves. We also will pay for shipping cost. For big defective problem,customers have to ship back defective units to us and we will repair or replacement for them for free of charge. Customers will pay for shipping cost from their address to China and we will pay for shipping cost from China to customers' address.
For life-time maintenance (out of 1 year warranty period),any defective parts or units,customers will pay for replacement parts and shipping cost.We will charge a bottom cost for parts.
The man-made damage and misusing damage is not under warranty.
