3. Material for aluminum plastic cap sealing is made of titanium alloy, surface mirror polished to ensure smooth and nice sealing quality.
4. Rotation of sealing knife is driven by gear, each cap is sealed separately, achieving high qualified rate.
5. Each workstation is equipped with detection to make sure correctness and accuracy of assembling.
6. Main power comes from servo motor +indexing drive, which ensure high precision assembly.
