1. Linear sliding rail conveying system will be applied and driven by servo motor to make intermittent movement, fixtures will be in a static state during assembly with precise positioning devices. Each workstation is equipped with a secondary positioning to improve qualified rate of product.
2. Manipulators of each station are independent, simple and easy for daily maintenance.
3. Manipulators are powered by cylinders, shorter time for spare parts change, simpler for debugging and maintenance.
4. The tube insertion process will be silicone oiled automatically, oil storage is 4L.
5. Enclosure for feeding plate can be equipped to reduce noise during production.
6. Each assembly process is followed by detection to ensure there will be no defective products in qualified products.
7. Whole equipment controlled by PLC system and touch screen operation.
