1.Technical Description.
Output:390-400pcs per minute, including 1 set of image inspection mainframe, 1 set of vibrating disk, 1 set of loading machine
The material is loaded into the vibrating disk by the loading machine----the vibrating disk selects the material into the track----scraping the material from the track into the dividing disk----then the product is overloaded from the dividing disk to the glass plate----the product passes through the guide.
Products from the distribution tray over to the glass plate --- products through the guide mechanism, and then detect the product to take the signal --- 360
degree image inspection of the product + front side inspection (5 cameras) --- image from bottom to top inspection of the product (1 camera) --- image from top to top inspection of the product (1 camera)
(1 camera) --- Image from top to bottom inspection products (1 camera) --- out of good products --- defective products
