Installation Guide
- Disconnect battery negative cable
- Remove cooling fan blades from old clutch (bolts or nuts)
- Remove old fan clutch from water pump hub (typically left-hand thread - turn clockwise to loosen)
- Clean water pump spindle threads
- Apply anti-seize to threads if recommended
- Install new fan clutch onto water pump and tighten center nut to specification
- Reinstall cooling fan blades onto new clutch and torque fan bolts evenly (8-12 Nm)
- Reconnect battery
- Start engine and check for wobble or noise; listen for clutch engagement as engine warms up
