Installation Requirements
- Recover remaining refrigerant using proper equipment
- Flush entire A/C system and replace receiver-drier
- Replace expansion valve (TXV)
- Replace all O-ring seals with HNBR O-rings
- Add correct amount of PAG 46 oil (40-100 ml)
- Vacuum system for minimum 30-45 minutes
- Recharge with correct R134a weight
