⚠️ IMPORTANT: Always use new cylinder head bolts — never reuse old head bolts. The cylinder head bolt tightening procedure requires 100 N·m for the 18 main M12 bolts, and 24 N·m for the 2 smaller M8 bolts, in the specified sequence.
The cylinder head warpage limit is 0.05 mm — resurface or replace if exceeded. Always replace the cylinder head gasket with a new unit.
