Working Conditions & Power Requirements
This 3-phase paper strap production line operates with 380V power supply and 6-8Kgf air pressure. Installation requires connecting the air pipe (Φ10) according to equipment markings and using power cords exceeding 2.5 square meters. Proper startup sequence: ventilate first, then power on. Shutdown sequence: power off first, then air pressure. Installed power: 28KW.

The complete system integrates four main units: raw material storage, embossing and slitting, printing machine, and winding machine.
