The CQA800F fully automatic PET strap winder features a compact design with optimized width and depth, allowing easy installation in confined spaces such as narrow aisles next to extruders, corners of old workshops, or gaps between existing equipment. Despite its small footprint, it integrates full functions including automatic film wrapping, flip discharge, and sleeve magazine core feeding, and supports side-by-side arrangement for 1-out-of-6 or 1-out-of-8 multi-line layouts.
The compact layout not only saves floor space but also reduces operator walking distance and improves safety. For new plants or retrofit projects, fully automatic winding can be achieved without plant expansion.
