The CQA800F fully automatic PET strap winder produces finished packages with a maximum outer diameter of 820 mm and handles strap widths of 9-32 mm. The extra-large coil significantly reduces change-over frequency for end users, making it ideal for large-scale automatic strapping lines, export packaging, and other applications requiring long PET strap lengths.

With a large 406 mm mandrel (customizable), each coil holds more strap length, reducing labor costs for change-over. The machine uses dancer constant tension with dual servo motors to ensure uniform density from core to outer layer. Integrated automatic film wrapping and flip discharge protect the finished coil and facilitate conveyance. Winding speed 50-250 m/min, traverse length 50-200 mm adjustable - covering multiple specifications.
