Fully Automatic PET Strap Winder with Integrated Film Wrapping
The CQA800 fully automatic PET strap winder integrates an automatic film wrapping device - a rare feature that automatically wraps protective film around finished packages after winding. When packages reach the set outer diameter, the machine automatically applies several film layers, then the integrated transport system removes wrapped packages while new winding tubes feed automatically from the sleeve magazine. This enables continuous, fully automatic operation without manual intervention.
The machine supports winding with or without paper cores. With central recipe management, it quickly switches between different PET strap widths (9-32 mm) and thicknesses. Dancer constant tension control with dual servo motors and electronic 2/3-point precision layering ensure uniform density and neat end faces, even for large-diameter packages up to 820 mm. Designed for 24/7 continuous operation, the compact frame fits confined spaces.

Yes, fully automatic. The machine has an automatic film dispenser. The operator only needs to replace the film master roll occasionally (very low frequency). When the package reaches the set diameter, the machine automatically starts wrapping, applies the specified number of film layers, cuts the film, and only then unloads the package.
Yes, coreless winding is supported. The pneumatic lamella mandrel locks directly onto the inner strap layers. With constant tension control and a special starting program, the inner layers remain tight and undamaged.
By recalling a preset recipe on the touchscreen and adjusting parameters such as width and traverse length, the change-over is typically completed within 1-2 minutes - no mechanical parts need to be replaced.
It protects the finished coil from dust and edge damage during transport and storage, gives a more professional appearance, and is especially valued for export or high-end customers. The film also prevents the strap from loosening.
