Shortens Production Line Length Automated PP Strap Winder
The CQA819PD fully automatic PP strap winder effectively reduces the total extrusion-to-winding line length by more than 30%, thanks to direct parallel extruder winding and simultaneous two-strap winding. Traditional lines require 10-20 meters of accumulator stands to buffer speed variations. The CQA819PD uses dancer constant tension control and a compact frame to place the winder right after the extruder exit, eliminating the accumulator. Moreover, winding two straps on one machine reduces the number of winders needed, further compressing line length. For new plants, this means lower building investment; for retrofitting old workshops, it enables automation upgrades within limited space.
