Winding is the final process in PP strapping production, directly determining the appearance quality of finished rolls and customer satisfaction. This production line is equipped with 6 independent fully automatic drop-down winding machines, each corresponding to one strapping strand.

Each winder is driven by an independent servo motor (1.5KW) and a servo traversing system (0.4KW), with a winding speed of up to 300 m/min. Independent control allows separate setting of winding tension and speed for each strand, perfectly accommodating minor variations that may occur in multi-channel production.

The drop-down unloading design allows finished rolls to automatically drop off, making operation convenient and efficient. The servo-driven traversing system ensures uniform, tight arrangement of the tape on the paper core, resulting in neat rolls with flat end faces, without loose or overlapping layers. Compatible paper core specification: φ203 × (175-195mm), customizable.
