In PP strapping production, the stretched tape needs to be transported to subsequent processes at high speed and with stability. This production line is equipped with a high-speed five-roller haul-off unit with φ268mm roller diameter, 450mm face width, chrome-plated and polished surface (hardness HRC58-60), haul-off speed range 0-250 m/min, adjustment accuracy ±1 m/min, and 15KW motor power. The five-roller structure provides a larger wrap angle and more uniform pressure distribution, with strong gripping force to effectively prevent slippage at high speeds. Located after the extension box and before the embossing machine, this unit ensures the tape passes at high speed with constant tension, providing a stable speed reference for subsequent embossing and winding.
