High-Strength PP Packaging Strap Production Line

It features a φ120mm 38CrMoAlA alloy steel screw and a 55KW main motor, achieving a maximum output of 220-240 kg/h. Through a multi-stage stretching process with an adjustable draw ratio of 1.5-12 times, product tensile strength is significantly enhanced. Paired with a precision embossing unit, the strap surface features clear, anti-slip patterns that prevent loosening during strapping. Product width is adjustable from 5-19mm and thickness from 0.3-1.0mm, meeting diverse packaging needs.
