Q1. Are you manufacturer or trade company? 

A: We have own manufacturer specialized in plastic and cardboard package more than 16 years. 

Q2. How can I get the samples? 

A: We can send you samples for testing. Samples are free, and clients just need to pay the freight fee.

(when mass order is placed, it will be deduct from order charges).

Q3.What's the information should I let you know if I want to get a full quotation?

A: 1>Material, 2>Thickness, 3>Structure, 4>Size, 5>Print,6>Quantity 

( We accept trail orders or small orders. )

Q4. What is your terms of payment? 

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. 

Q5. How about your delivery time? 

A: Generally, it will take 7-15 working days after confirm the sample. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. 

Q6. What is your MOQ? 

A: Bags MOQ is 5000pcs, boxes and cans MOQ is 3000pcs. 

Q7. What is your sample policy? 

A: We can supply the sample if we have similar products in stock, if no similar products, customers shall pay the tooling cost and the courier cost, the tooling cost can be returned according to the specific order. 

Q8. How can you guarantee your quality?

A: Normally we do sample for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as sample.
