Operation procedure
1: Surface treatment
Wipe the dust spots and silver particles on the surface with a tack cloth.
2: The mixing ratio
Varnish:Hardener:Thinner=2:1:0.3
3: Reconstruction
If there are seedy and sags after spraying, it can be sanded by sand paper
(1200#-2000#) and burnished after being fully cured.
4: Spraying process
Spary Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60 um total thickness.
Flash Time: 5-10mins, 25℃(It needs stand after spraying)
