The TPS25942 and TPS25944 eFuse Power MUX devices provide comprehensive power management with a full suite of protection functions. The wide operating range supports control of popular DC bus voltages. Integrated back-to-back FETs enable bidirectional current control, making these devices ideal for power multiplexing and systems with multiple power sources.
Load, source, and device protection are provided through programmable features including undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, dV/dt ramp rate, power good, and in-rush current protection. For system status monitoring and downstream load control, the devices provide PGOOD, FLT and precise current monitor outputs.
The devices monitor VIN and VOUT to provide true reverse blocking when VIN is less than VOUT by 10mV. Configuration options allow assignment of Main/Auxiliary supply priority using FLT and DMODE pins.
