Description:
3PE anti-corrosion coating production line means the steel pipe is protected by three layer to prolong the life of use from 5-10years to 50-100years.
First layer is Fusion bonded epoxy layer (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm. Present we can made the machinery for diameter range Φ159 ~ Φ1220.
3PE steel pipe outer coating has a high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation performance. The merits include high degree of mechanization, process parameters stable, not pollute the environment, etc. In recent years, the intensive of the pipeline corrosion engineering has been widely used.
3pe have Long-term corrosion resistance
FBE components have excellent adhesion to steel, providing excellent long-term corrosion resistance and protection for pipelines operating at moderate temperatures.
If desired, low application temperature (LAT) FBE can be selected as a primer to ensure low preheating conditions and long-term integrity of high strength steels (X80 or higher)
In addition, 3LPE systems have excellent cathodic stripping resistance, reducing the life cycle cost of cathodic protection

Very good mechanical protection
The rigid outer PE protects the pipe during transportation and installation, thus reducing costly maintenance costs, while also providing additional ground protection against shear forces, chemicals and abrasive soil conditions
By increasing the thickness of the PE outer layer, 3LPE systems can provide a high level of mechanical protection in a variety of difficult environments without the need to use expensive backfill

Technological processes:
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, send→unload pipes

Advantage:
The screw conveyor is electrically adjusted. The steel pipe is transported automatically from the station point of the bench to the screw machine for screw transmission. The steel pipe lift ferry system is equipped with anti-drop damping to prevent misoperation from damaging the conveyor. The steel pipe of the spiral transmission line realizes the automatic stripping function. The rust removal machine starts in sequence to prevent the shot blasting machine from getting stuck. The rust removal machine is equipped with steel sand settling chamber, which makes steel sand recovery more effective. The shot blasting device deviates from the production center line design and increases the service life of the steel sand by 30%. All lines are equipped with wear-resistant solid tires, five years maintenance free.
