Description
Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating production line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe with a larger diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
This line can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
Technological processes
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, send→unload pipes
