INTRODUCTION

3PE anti-corrosion coating production line, is three PE anti-corrosion structure of anti-corrosion pipeline production line, diameter range φ60 ~ φ1420, wall thickness range of 2.5-18mm, the use of three anti-corrosion. Namely, a layer of epoxy powder (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (ad) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm

Total gas consumption: 6 cubic meters/min.
Temperature condition: the temperature inside the workshop is higher than 5 degrees.
