We offer three complete system specifications, equipped with 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various capacity and production needs. - High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with high-quality motor, digital control system, vacuum venting, screen changer, gearbox, and flexible die. Optional PLC/PCC control system with specially designed screws for processing HIPS, PP, and PET.
- Three-Roller Calender: Features three hard surface polished rollers with flawless mirror chrome plating for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Each roller has individual high-volume pressurized water temperature control for accurate temperature control and smooth, shiny sheet surfaces.
- High-Performance Cooling System: Uses forced water cooling to significantly enhance production efficiency with temperature synchronization to ensure product quality.

The plastic undergoes three states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force changes the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and then to a viscous, fluid state. It flows out through the narrow gap of the die, after which the processes of calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding take place.
- High-Strength Alloy Structural Steel: Material barrel, screw, and die made of high-grade alloy structural steel (38CRMOALA) treated by nitriding, providing high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life
