High Speed Production Pre-Insulated Jacket Pipe Extrusion Manufacturing Line
The HDPE pre-insulated pipe production line mainly produces three-layer composite pipes:
Inner steel pipe: Used for transporting water, natural gas, oil, etc.
PU insulation layer: Minimize heat loss to the greatest extent.
HDPE outer sheath: Provides corrosion resistance, UV stability and mechanical protection.
This pipeline adopts vacuum calibration technology to ensure a smooth surface, uniform wall thickness and excellent rigidity. It is an ideal choice for underground pipelines in district heating, oil and gas transportation and geothermal systems.
