Internal & External FBE Powder coating Structure
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consist of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer, and outer polyethylene layer.
First FBE coating: As the base layer of anti-corrosion structures, FBE coating is a thermosetting non-toxic coating that forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked structure after curing. It can form a continuous coating on the surface of steel pipes and has excellent adhesion.
Middle adhesive layer: The adhesive intermediate layer is like a "bridge", playing a crucial role in connecting the upper and lower parts. Before gelation, it can be closely bonded with the epoxy powder coating and firmly combined with the outer layer of polyethylene at the same time, making the three layers of materials closely connected and forming a complete anti-corrosion system.
Outer polyethylene layer: As the outermost layer of the anti-corrosion structure, the polyethylene outer layer has high mechanical strength and good weather resistance.
