Product Description:
The steel pipe is treated with external 3PE anti-corrosion (bottom layer epoxy powder + middle adhesive + outer layer polyethylene) and internal epoxy coating spraying, which combines strong adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical protection performance. It is widely used in oil and gas transportation, water supply and drainage and other pipeline fields, effectively extending the service life.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→inernal rust removal →external rust removal→ intermediate frequency heating→Internal Epoxy powder coating→External Epoxy powder coating→ outer layer adhesive polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipe ends→dowload pipes
