The external 3PE anti-corrosion and internal epoxy coating spraying of steel pipes is an efficient anti-corrosion method for steel pipes.

External 3PE anti-corrosion structure: Composed of a bottom layer of epoxy powder, a middle layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene. Play a better anti-corrosion role.

The internal epoxy coating spray has strong anti-corrosion adhesion and good chemical corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of the conveyed medium (such as oil, gas, water, etc.) inside the steel pipe.

This anti-corrosion method is widely applied in fields such as oil and gas transportation pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, etc., which can significantly extend the service life of steel pipes.The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
