Process Flow

1. Vacuum Feeding: PE granules are fed into the system.
2. Hot Air Drying: Material is dried to remove moisture.
3. Extrusion Plasticizing: Granules are melted and plasticized.
4. Mold Shaping: Molten material is shaped into pipes.
5. Vacuum Sizing: Pipes are calibrated for precise dimensions.
6. Water Cooling: Pipes are cooled to maintain shape.
7. Pulling Out: Pipes are pulled through the line.
8. Cutting: Pipes are cut to specified lengths.
9. Carrier Laying-Off: Finished pipes are discharged and stacked.
