The one-step polyurethane insulation pipe production line of Huashida produces small-diameter polyurethane insulation pipes with an outer diameter ranging from Φ32 to Φ426mm.
The main feature of this equipment is that multiple processes of the insulation pipe, such as extruding the outer protective pipe and injecting insulation materials, are continuously completed on the same production line, resulting in a relatively high production efficiency. It is mainly used for manufacturing polyurethane insulation pipes, etc., which can closely combine the inner pipe, insulation layer and outer protective layer of the insulation pipe. Its degree of automation can effectively reduce manual operation links and improve the stability of product quality.

Thermal insulation: Options include high-temperature polyurethane foam or black pitch foam.
Outer jacket: Black, UV-resistant, and anti-aging, ensuring durability.

The jacket, foam, and anti-corrosion layers adhere firmly, providing superior protection.
Damage-free Rotation System:
Rubber wheels prevent damage to the anti-corrosion layer during operation.
