Continue polyurethane foam flexible insulation pipe Extrusion line, makes pipe diameter ranging from 20 to 350mm.
The continue method is a relatively new advanced manufacturing technology. The inner tube, that is, the working tube (usually used of PE-RT, PE material) and the polyurethane foam mixture are continuously injected into the filling area, and the film is covered, followed by the outer protective tube covering the polyurethane insulation layer. Compared with the traditional technology, the continue method can reduce the density of the filled foam and reduce the wall thickness of the outer protective tube, thereby saving costs for the pipe manufacturer.
Continue method is applicable to both hose insulation and rigid insulation pipe.

Polyurethane PERT insulation pipe is called flexible insulation pipe in international, Chinese standard name is II type heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTII) low-temperature direct buried heating pipe.
