Polyurethane PERT insulation pipe is called flexible insulation pipe in international, Chinese standard name is II type heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTII) low-temperature direct buried heating pipe.
One-step pert flexible insulation pipe production line process flow:
Up carrier pipe--pulling up to line--pipe catching connect--transport forward---put into seal &cover film device--foaming--foam curing ---PE cover extruding--vacuum sorb -- spray cooling--checking splice--cutting splice--off-pipe--down off pipe
The flexible pre-insulated pipes production line consists of the following components:1) Production line for inner pressure pipe (PERT, PEX)
2) Inner pipe unwinding device
3) Pipe feeding device
4) Conveyor
5) Pipe centering device
6) Preheating and temperature control
7) Film feeding device
8) High-precision foaming machine
9) Forming machine with temperature control
6) Extruder for casing pipe and water cooling

The system consists of three integrated layers:
Inner service pipe (PE-Xa or PE-RT II material)
Polyurethane foam insulation layer
HDPE outer protective casing
