1. Introduction
The PERT flexible insulation pipe, also known as the PE-RT II type pre-insulated pipe, is a high-performance composite plastic pipe designed for various applications. It consists of three main components: an outer protective layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, and a working pipe made of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT II).-
Outer Protective Layer: Made of HDPE, this layer provides excellent mechanical strength, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. It protects the insulation layer from external damage.

Insulation Layer: The rigid polyurethane foam, with a density of 60-80 kg/m³, fills the gap between the working pipe and the outer layer. It offers superior thermal insulation and can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, or even 180°C with modifications.

Working Pipe: Made of PE-RT II, the working pipe operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C and can transport hot water long-term at temperatures below 95°C.

Thermal Insulation: The low thermal conductivity of the polyurethane foam minimizes heat loss and maintains temperature stability.

Flexibility and Ease of Installation: The pipe's flexibility simplifies bending and installation, reducing the need for fittings and lowering costs.

Durability and Corrosion Resistance: The PE-RT II material and HDPE layer ensure a service life of up to 50 years.

The PERT flexible insulation pipe is widely used in urban centralized heating networks, hot spring water pipelines, and air-source heat pump or solar water heating projects.
The pipe can be connected using hot-melt socketing, hot-melt butt welding, or electrofusion welding, ensuring reliable and durable joints.

1. Warranty: 12 months mechanical part, 6 months electrical part after delivery
2. Service
Seller provide the technical service with free, and training the workers of buyers.
3. Installation and testing
The seller can send enough technicians to the buyer's company for installation and testing the lines. The round trip ticket, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance caused by the buyer's expert in Iran and 100 US dollars per person per day will be covered by the buyer.
