This Continuous PU Foaming Insulation Pipe Jacket Extrusion Line is specially designed for the production of small and medium diameter pre-insulated PU thermal pipes, with jacket pipe diameters ranging from 48mm to 630mm. It integrates HDPE jacket pipe extrusion, epoxy coating, adhesive wrapping, and continuous PU foaming technology into a fully automated continuous production system, ensuring high efficiency, consistent quality, and reduced labor cost.
