Electric heat fusion sleeve process
The production process of electric melt sleeve/strip is composed of plate extrusion line, plate mesh covering equipment, milling machine, bending machine and its auxiliary equipment.

Electric heat fusion sleeves are widely used connection pipe fittings for anti-corrosion, especially suitable for on-site connection of HDPE hollow wall spiral pipes, directly buried pre-insulated pipes, and directly buried metal reinforced corrugated pipes.It is made of polyethylene sheet and electric fuse composite.

It features high connection strength, the PE sheet is fully fused with the pipe after electric heat fusion, good sealing effect,
corrosion resistance, alloy mesh, high resistance, high temperature resistance, not easy to break, and high heat generation.

Construction tools to be prepared:

1. Polyurethane foam material,
2. Heat shrink tape,
3. Clean cotton cloth,
4. Foam cell blockage,
5. Soapy water,
6. Other safety protection products, such as insulating gloves, insulating shoes, etc.
7.PE rods (The above materials can be prepared in advance as needed)

Construction equipment:

1.220V/380V electric hot melt welding machine (The quantity is equipped according to the mileage of the construction pipeline and actual needs)

2. Generator (Output current 10-50 A, equipped according to the conditions of the construction site. If conditions permit, only 220V household power or 380V industrial power needs to be connected.)

3. Portable plastic extrusion welding machine (whether to be equipped based on actual needs, used for sealing the connection between the two ends of the electrofusion sleeve and the pipe) and the matching welding rods

4. If the gas spray gun uses heat shrink tape to seal the two ends of the electrofusion sleeve and the pipe lap, this product should be equipped. Usually, the width is 100mm.

5. Gas cylinder

6. Steel buckle straps or nylon lock straps (choose according to the size of the construction pipe diameter)
