Product Description
The O-Type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion Coating Machine includes systems for steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collection, heating, electrostatic powder spraying, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic controls, and electric systems.
The 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe offers excellent chemical resistance to acids, bases, salts, and oxidants, making it suitable for medium transportation in various environments. It is widely used in oil and natural gas pipelines, as well as water supply and drainage systems.

Technological processes
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal→intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer adhesive polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipe ends→unload pipes
