HDPE Hollow Structure Wall Spiral Pipe Production Line For 200-3000mm
The equipment can produce hollow wall winding pipe and mine anti-static gas exhaust pipe, using special pipe fittings (electric hot melt belt, heat shrink sleeve) connection, convenient connection, construction economy.
It can produce big plastic pipes ranging from 200-3000mm.

Raw materials→Mixing→Vacuum feeding→Material drying→Single screw extrusion →Calibration→Spray cooling→ traction→Single screw glue extrusion →Winding and forming→water cooling→cutter→pipe bracket→inspecting &packing.

This kind of pipe is fit for municipal drainage of water less than 45, building outdoor drainage, buried farmland drainage, industrial sewage, road drainage, sewage disposal work, sport field square drainage, electrical and telecommunication project etc.
The complete production line includes two parts:
1.The first part is PE Pipe extrusion line to extrude the PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to customers' requirements ).
SJ series Single Screw Extruder / Die Head ( outer mold and mandrill) / Calibration Sleeve / Vacuum Cooling Tank / Spray Cooling Tank /Haul-off
2. The second part is Spiral forming line to form and weld the big pipe.
