The Steel Pipe Outer Wall Shot Blasting Line uses high-speed steel shots (including steel shots, steel sand, etc.) projected onto the pipe's outer surface. This powerful impact removes rust, scale, and other impurities for effective surface preparation.
This method offers exceptional rust removal efficiency, capable of eliminating even stubborn rust layers quickly. The shot impact simultaneously creates beneficial compressive stress on the pipe surface, enhancing fatigue strength and corrosion resistance.
