The 3PE anti-corrosion structure consists of three layers: the first layer is fusion bonded epoxy powder (FBE), the second layer is adhesive (AD), and the third layer is polyethylene (PE). These three materials are integrally bonded to form a strong and reliable anti-corrosion coating. This composite structure effectively combines the chemical resistance of epoxy, the bonding properties of adhesive, and the mechanical protection of polyethylene.
