Automatic PE PP Sheet Extrusion Line 800mm-1600mm Width 0.1-30mm Thickness
Qingdao Huashida's sheet extrusion line is the first wide-width line capable of producing sheets up to 1600 mm. The line can process various PE raw materials as well as recycled materials. The sheets produced are mainly used for thermal pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, water supply pipelines, and joint sealing applications, ensuring anti-corrosion performance and structural stability at pipeline connections. They are also widely applied in gas pipelines and other municipal engineering projects.
Extruder
Adopting a PEPP high-efficiency extruder, the extrusion part adopts a forced water-cooled feeding section, the machine barrel is opened, and the power consumption of the main drive motor is significantly reduced; Strong adaptability to materials and excellent plasticization effect.
Die head
The special design make thickness adjustment easy and accurate to operate.
Three roll calender
According to the different widths, vertical and inclined structures and specially designed roller inner structures are adopted to ensure precise temperature control of the roller and ensure the surface brightness of the geotextile and waterproof membrane; The surface of the high-precision mirror roller is plated with hard chromium, which has high strength and long service life.
The cooling rack, installed after the calender rollers, supports and transports the hot PE/PP sheet. It allows the sheet to cool gradually with air or rollers, ensuring stable width and thickness.
The control system is a PLC-based automation unit that synchronizes and monitors the whole extrusion line, enabling intelligent operation, stable performance, and safe production.
