Automatic Computerized Heat Shrinkable Tape Coating Line for 800-1600mm Width Municipal and Oil Pipeline Protection
The Qingdao Huashida heat shrinkable tape production line is composed of a base material extrusion unit, an adhesive coating unit, a heat shrinkable sleeve forming system, and various auxiliary components.
This advanced line offers low energy consumption, minimal noise, adjustable production speed, and a high degree of automation for stable and efficient operation.
It is capable of producing heat shrinkable tapes ranging from 800 mm to 1600 mm in width, which are extensively applied in municipal pipeline systems, oil and gas transmission lines, anti-corrosion steel pipe protection, and thermal insulation pipelines.
Typical applications cover hollow wall winding pipes, steel belt reinforced spiral pipes, plastic-steel composite pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, PVC-U sewage pipes, PU insulated (black-yellow jacket) pipes, and 3PE steel pipes.

Adopts a high-efficiency PE/PP single-screw extruder. The extrusion section is equipped with a forced water-cooled feeding zone, which significantly reduces the power consumption of the main drive motor. The extruder features a large length-to-diameter (L/D) ratio screw, providing strong material adaptability and excellent plasticizing performance.
Features a coat-hanger type flow channel design with nitrided and polished surfaces. The specially designed thickness adjustment system ensures easy operation and high precision control.
Depending on the product width, the calender can be configured in vertical or inclined structures. The specially designed internal flow channel of the rollers ensures precise temperature control, guaranteeing excellent surface gloss for geomembranes and waterproof sheets. The high-precision mirror rollers are hard-chrome plated for superior strength and long service life.
Supports and cools the freshly extruded heat shrinkable tape, ensuring flatness and uniform thickness.
Monitors and adjusts the operational parameters of the production line in real time to ensure stable, safe, and efficient production.
