The system is equipped with a quantitative feeding device. When materials enter the extruder, both the feeder and screw drive apply frequency conversion control, enabling synchronized feeding and extrusion. This ensures stable material output and consistent pipe production.

2. Energy-Saving and Low Consumption

Thanks to the conical screw design, the feeding section has a larger diameter, providing greater heat transfer area and higher shear rate, promoting efficient plasticization.
The metering section has a smaller screw diameter, reducing shear on the melt and allowing extrusion at lower temperatures, significantly reducing energy consumption.

3. Customized Production Available

As the screw rotates inside the barrel, materials are plasticized and pushed toward the die head. The spiral die is a key component for pipe forming, enabling compaction, melting, mixing, homogenization, as well as exhausting and dehumidifying. Customized die designs are available to meet different pipe specifications.
