A fully equipped Steel Pipe O-Type Extrusion 3LPE, 2LPE, and FBE Coating Machine integrates complete systems for pipe conveying, shot blasting, dust collection, heating, electrostatic powder spraying, adhesive and polyethylene coating, water cooling, edge trimming, hydraulic and pneumatic operations, as well as detection and electrical control.
The O-type extrusion 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe delivers outstanding chemical resistance, capable of withstanding the corrosive effects of acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizing agents. This makes it ideal for transporting a wide range of media under diverse environmental conditions, significantly prolonging the service life of steel pipelines.
