Large Diameter HDPE Jacket Pipe Extrusion Machine with Dust-Free Planetary Cutting and Automatic Operation
The HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is a high-efficiency, high-speed and energy-saving production line designed for manufacturing HDPE plastic jacket pipes, which are widely used as protective casings for PU foam pre-insulated pipes, in accordance with international standards.
The HDPE jacket pipe is produced using vacuum calibration technology, ensuring smooth inner and outer surfaces, uniform wall thickness, long service life, excellent anti-corrosion performance, thermal insulation protection, and superior mechanical strength.

PU Foaming Pre-insulated Pipe Production process Flow:
The production process of "pipe in pipe" (PU Foaming Pre-insulated Pipe) mainly includes three steps: surface pretreatment of steel pipe, production of HDPE outer protective pipe and production of insulation layer.
The production steps of insulation layer are as follows: firstly, the steel pipe is penetrated into the high-density polyethylene outer protection pipe to form a casing structure, and the supports are evenly arranged in the annular space between the steel pipe and the high-density polyethylene outer protection pipe, and the two ends are sealed by flanges; secondly, the casing is hoisted on the foaming platform, and the polyurethane foaming material is injected into the casing by high-pressure foaming machine; finally, the polyurethane material is foamed After curing, the sealing structure at both ends is removed to complete the production process of the insulation layer.

Single screw is with barrier & mixing head; new model barrel with slotting (channel), Both make the security of good jellification, large output and stable performance.
Die-head is mainly composed of mandril, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-head body, bolts, and heating rings.
The inside surface touching with plastic materials is polished and chrome plated to ensure plastic materials flow smoothly and to ensure no rusting. The uniformity of pipe wall thickness can be adjusted by bolts. The copper calibrating sleeve fixed in die-head is mainly used to cool down the fresh pipe and to calibrate the pipe outer diameter.


Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.
Haul-off machine is mainly composed of driving device, tracks, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off tracks are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speed.
Automatic length measuring device realizes cutting at a set length.


It adopts blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching screen. Controlling system can be designed according to customers' requirements.


The table surface is made of stainless steel. It adopts pneumatic overturn and discharging automatically.
