Huashida steel pipe internal & external epoxy coating equipment adopts advanced metering spray technology to ensure uniform coating, improving corrosion resistance and extending pipeline service life. The line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system for stable and efficient operation.
Epoxy powder coating provides excellent corrosion protection with a smooth, low-friction surface, and is widely used in oil & gas transmission, as well as water supply and drainage pipelines.

Epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating that, after curing, forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked coating with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The epoxy powder primer forms a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion to the steel pipe surface through bonding and curing, and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer binder bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and also bonds the polyethylene topcoat, combining the three layers together.
