3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) Anti-Corrosion Steel Pipe Coating Line
The 3LPE anti-corrosion steel pipe is composed of three distinct layers:
First Layer – Epoxy Powder Coating: Applied directly onto the steel surface, providing excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Second Layer – Copolymer Adhesive: A bonding layer with branched functional groups that ensure strong integration between the epoxy and polyethylene layers.
