Product Description
The Internal FBE & External 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line developed by HUASHIDA is specially designed for applying advanced anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes of various diameters. This integrated system provides reliable internal and external protection, significantly improving the durability and service life of pipeline infrastructure.

The internal FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating provides excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and corrosion protection for the inner surface of the steel pipe. At the same time, the external 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coating system forms a strong multi-layer barrier that protects the pipe against moisture, soil pressure, mechanical impact, and corrosive environments.

External 3LPE & Internal FBE Coating Line Process
Pipe loading → Spiral conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium-frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Adhesive & polyethylene outer coating → Water cooling → Pipe conveying → Pipe end beveling / grinding → Pipe unloading
This complete process ensures that both the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are treated and coated efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
