Our independently developed spray-wound insulation pipe production line consists of three integrated sections that work in sequence to produce high-quality pre-insulated steel pipes:
- Shot blasting & rust removal line
- Polyurethane (PU) spraying line
- PE winding line
- Steel pipe coverage: 206mm-1820mm
- Processing capacity: ≤250m²/h
- Cleaning level: Sa2.5
- Materials used: Black material (isocyanate), white material (combined polyether), polyethylene
- Main equipment: Shot blasting and rust removal production line, polyurethane spraying production line, PE winding production line
PUF spray PE winding preinsulated pipe production line consists of the following parts:
- Steel pipe outwall shot blasting line
- Polyurethane spray molding line
- Polyethylene sheet extruding winding line
- Water cooling line
- End-cutting equipment
