The thermal winding pre-insulated pipe production line independently developed by Huashida consists of three integrated sections:
- External shot blasting & rust removal line
- Polyurethane (PU) spraying line
- PE winding line
This line holds multiple national patents. According to a third-party standardized evaluation report, its technology has reached an advanced level of 5, ranking at the domestic leading level. It has also been recognized as a "First Set of Technical Equipment" in Shandong Province.
