Product Description
The Qingdao Huashida Steel Elbow 3PE Anti-Corrosion Production Line is specially designed for the external anti-corrosion coating of steel elbows, hot-bent pipes, and curved steel pipes. It is widely used in industrial applications such as:

The anti-corrosion structure adopts the standard 3PE coating system:

Working Principle
The line is equipped with at least 16 sets of elbow pipe conveying structures, on which the curved pipes are placed and transported during the coating process.
The rotating shaft of the driving mechanism is powered by a motor to rotate the gear ring, enabling the elbow pipe to rotate smoothly around its center. The supporting rubber roller can be adjusted in height through the lifting device of the conveying structure, allowing the system to adapt to different pipe diameters while maintaining a uniform center height.
