This steel pipe internal & external FBE coating production line with shot blasting is a high-efficiency, fully automatic anti-corrosion solution specifically designed for steel pipeline anti-corrosion engineering. It adopts integrated shot blasting, derusting, and fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating technology to perform synchronous internal and external anti-corrosion treatment on steel pipes.
The coated steel pipe provides excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting erosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical media, with a smooth coating surface, low fluid friction, and long service life. It is widely used in oil and gas pipelines, long-distance transmission pipelines, buried steel pipelines, municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, industrial fluid pipelines, petrochemical engineering, and other fields.
This production line integrates pipe shot blasting, internal and external derusting, intermediate frequency heating, FBE epoxy powder coating, and powder recycling functions. It is mainly used for internal & external anti-corrosion coating of carbon steel pipes, spiral steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, and welded steel pipes, especially for civil water supply pipelines, oil/gas transmission pipelines, and urban buried pipeline anti-corrosion treatment.
FBE epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic anti-corrosion coating material. After curing, it forms a high-molecular cross-linked protective layer with excellent chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, strong adhesion, and excellent cathodic disbonding resistance.
- The epoxy powder primer forms a continuous closed coating, tightly bonded with the steel pipe surface, providing basic anti-corrosion protection.
- The polymer adhesive layer tightly connects the epoxy bottom layer and the polyethylene top layer, forming a stable three-layer anti-corrosion structure (3LPE/FBE).
This FBE coating line supports customized processing of various large-diameter steel pipes, with mainstream applicable specifications as follows:
